The Evoplatform TSP ensures the standardisation of IT solutions, reduction in deployment costs, maintenance, and security.
The services included in the Evoplatform TSP ensure the following functions:
1) Deployment and management service for microservices applications in Kubernetes clusters:
objects lifecycle management (operation of containerised applications, availability of resources);
API integration;
support for storage, replication, versioning, logging;
management of access to cluster resources;
2) The Clickhouse time series storage service:
data sampling and extraction;
creation and storage of templated operations;
processing and recording data through integration with a batch upload service for energy consumption processes or recording using separate ETL processes;
clearing temporary tables and outdated materialised views;
integration with external services and data visualisation tools;
ensuring multi-tenancy for users
3) S3 Object Storage Service:

Unified Laboratory Information System (ULIS)®
Joint development of Transneft and Transneft Technology. Included into the Register of Russian Software.
ULIS is a lab automation solution designed for oil and petroleum products quality control.
It obtains test results, secures the life cycle of samples, ensures competence frameworks of lab staff, quality management system, provides for accounting of reagents, materials, and equipment.
ULIS is a single source of laboratory data for Transneft's corporate information systems.
A number of our labs started the ULIS operation in 2019.
On 1 January 2023, ULIS was fully implemented in all laboratories for quality control of crude oil and petroleum products of Transneft and its subsidiaries.
ULIS belongs to the specialized class approved for state authorities, corporations, companies, and entities of Russia. Documentation and additional information are available upon request.

Digitalisation of engineering surveys, design, and project implementation encompasses the key areas of industrial activities, as regards the development of 2D/3D information modelling technologies (TIM), the use of the data-centric approach to capital construction project lifecycle control, transition to an end-to-end legally significant technical document flow, introduction of innovative remote earth sensing technologies with the accumulation of a digital database for engineering survey materials, development of parametric, generative design technologies (including those harnessing artificial intelligence) and innovations in the organisation of project implementation.
INFOMAX Digital Construction Programme
Digitalisation of Transneft’s capital construction and investment management activities. As part of this programme, the plan calls for the automation of key business processes and introduction of end-to-end mechanisms for managing the capital construction project lifecycle using digital data and information models.
Development of Digital Financial Management Solutions Programme
The implementation of a set of initiatives to digitalise a wide range of processes includes the initiatives aimed at using robotics and big data technologies, along with machine learning, applying the tools of in-depth process analysis, chat bots, and mobile apps.
