In order to provide social support to veterans and retired workers, we take the following measures:
- collaboration with industry veteran organisations;
- regular payments (to employees who had retired before the corporate non-state pension programme was implemented);
- financial assistance, including medical treatment and examinations, provided on the occasion of round anniversaries and anniversaries of Transneft subsidiaries;
- partial reimbursement for sanatorium resort vouchers.
In addition, retirees who are veterans of the Great Patriotic War receive financial assistance and help in dealing with social issues.
