The Transneft Consumer Council for Operational Issues has considered the following issues:
- on the adjustment of the Transneft Long-Term Development Programme
- on the implementation of the Long-term Development Programme and achievement of key performance indicators of Transneft for 2021

Business development strategy
Collaboration with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in order to establish and approve the General Scheme of Oil Sector Development until 2035
Interaction with government authorities (Ministry of Energy, Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, Ministry of Economic Development, Federal Agency for State Property Management, Ministry of Finance, Government of the Russian Federation) on amending the Long-Term Development Programme of Transneft
Based on the results of interaction between Transneft and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the General Scheme of Oil Sector Development until 2035 was agreed and approved at the meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation on 13 May 2021
In line with the results of Transneft collaboration with government authorities, an updated version of the Long-Term Development Programme of Transneft was agreed and approved at the meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation on 09 August 2021
