We provide corporate housing both at the facilities that are in operation and during the implementation of investment projects.
The corporate housing stock is provided under commercial lease agreements with partial reimbursement of rental costs to the employees in the required professional and qualification groups as part of staff rotation and relocation, to young specialists, and in labour-scarce regions. In addition, partial reimbursement is made for the cost of accommodation independently rented by these categories of workers.
To improve housing conditions as part of a corporate support programme, loans are granted to the employees of Transneft subsidiaries to purchase apartments. This has been proved to be the most effective form, as the loan funds are repayable, allowing to help more people.
