The medical organisations under voluntary health insurance (VHI) contracts are selected according to their territorial accessibility to the employees, as well as the quality of their services. If necessary, workers from the regions can also be referred to major regional and federal centres, specialised clinics in Moscow and Saint Petersburg for treatment.
