In this regard, targeted training in Transneft is performed after a contract is signed between a subsidiary and an applicant for higher education, providing his/her further employment at the Company's facilities.

- Heat Power and Thermal Engineering;
- Power and Electrical Engineering;
- Technological Machinery and Process Equipment;
- Technological and Production Processes Automation;
- Chemical Technology;
- Technological and Environmental Safety.
Furthermore, in order to improve practical training, get familiar with new technologies and process equipment used in the Company, university students have an opportunity to get the following types of hands-on training at the operating facilities of Transneft subsidiaries:
- orientation training;
- on-the-job training;
- undergraduate training.
