Transneft took part in X International Exhibition on Industrial Safety and Labor Protection "Sape 2019 – Complex Occupational Safety And Health" held in Sochi on April 23-26, 2019.
SAPE is a number one event in labor protection and industrial safety, promoting new ideas and technologies in the field of labor safety among companies on international, national and local scale, as well as improving workplace awareness, preventing injuries and promoting healthy life style among the employees. SAPE displayed an entire range of cutting-edge individual protection equipment and industrial safety solutions. About 150 companies from 19 countries participated in the exhibition.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and ETALON Association.
Transneft’s display included:
- A multimedia roadshow unit;
- A mock-up of the shaft-type sealing chamber for underwater repair of pipelines with diameters ranging from 300 mm to 1200 mm, at a depth down to 25 meters;
- A tank farm with a railway loading rack.
For the first time Transneft brought to the exhibition a mock-up of the system for constant control of oil and petroleum products’ vapor concentration.
The booth also suggested Interactive Training for Linear Pipeliners, developed by Transneft Volga Region in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of initial (refresher) training for employees related to this profession.
