NCSP Group (LSE: NCSP, MICEX: NMTP) reports that on dock # 28 of OJSC “Novoroslesexport” (NCSP Group) unique equipment was handled from the ship Atlant Frauke.
Tanker Loading Unit (TLU) arrived at Novorossiysk by order of JSC “KTK-R”. Handling of such equipment is a unique event in the history of Novorossiysk Port.
The main characteristics of the unit:
TLU (Tanker Loading Unit) has dimensions of 15 x 15, 8 x 16 meters. Water depth at the erection site is 58 meters. The device has six anchors; the total length of all anchor chains is 455 meters. 16 underwater hoses plus buoyancy tank and 65 floating hoses are included in the composition of the unit. The unit weight is over 360 tons.
Mikhail Sidorov, Deputy General Director for international communications and public affairs of PJSC “NCSP” (the parent company of the Group) said: “The marine discharging was done by marine crane equipment. Then, with the help of tugs, TLU was delivered to dock # 32/5 of OJSC “Novoroslesexport” where it is expected for customs clearance”.
